TTN Slam Ball Workout


Need some gym inspiration? Here is a To The Nines workout that only requires a slam ball!

After a warm-up, do each of the five exercises for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds for three rounds. Exercises: Overhead walking lunges, ball slams, leg lift to toe touch, push-ups, and squats

Then, do two sets of toe touches and Russian twists for 30 seconds with 15 second rests.
