TTN presents Fit 4 Prevention HIIT, a donation-based class at Facet Seven Heights with Teresa Thuy leading the workout. All proceeds benefit Keep a Breast, a non-profit that empowers young people around the world with breast health education and support! It is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and her mom is a breast cancer survivor. Exercise is a way of life to stay healthy and keep cancer at bay. 💪🏼
