As an enthusiast of anything fitness related, what really motivates me to hit the pavement and put 110% into my workouts is a cute, very sweat-resistant, and durable outfit... and maaaybe the rush of endorphins and energy that I feel afterwards! Looking good and dressing well should not be reserved for just special occasions. What I wear to exercise, work, and even run errands sets the tone for the day that I will have.
