New month, new goals! In order for us to grow and pursue peace of mind, happiness, passions, and any personal goals, one must set a plan.

What are three goals that you want to work on this month? I like to separate mine into categories: health, business, and personal. Ready to read my goals for this month? Let’s go, #goaldiggers!



Health

I normally plan my week out on Sunday, but I haven’t made that a priority recently and would end up eating out or not having healthy snacks on hand. I am planning my week again! Yass. I know which days and times I will be working out, grocery shopping, and other activities. Time is valuable! In doing this, I plan my meals ahead (saves money and ensures I consume complete, fresh meals throughout the day), get my 4-5 workouts in a week, and other important things, like practicing yoga once a week and writing down my intentions for 10 minutes each day.

I also want to volunteer once a week. I will be visiting the BARC Shelter again to give some furry friends much-needed TLC. I want to give back to the community as much as I can and spread LOVE.



Business

I set a goal two years ago to become a fitness instructor. I didn’t really put much thought into it, until this year, and I started teaching HIIT classes two months ago! It’s amazing how dreams can come to life, when you write down what you want on a vision board and stay focused on them! Being a fitness instructor is in line with my goals to help others live healthier lives and feel and look To The Nines. My goal is to allot an hour four times a week to study for my ACE Group Fitness Certification Exam, that I plan on taking and passing at the end of the year!

If you haven’t noticed, I updated my blog design a few weeks ago. 😀 Whatcha think? I plan on informing my readers of more of my beauty, fitness, and style favorites and travels, so I will post fresh content once a week!



Personal

Family is very important to me, and I want to make sure I spend quality time with them at least once a week. This will include visiting my grandmother and spending time with my cousins, siblings, and/or favorite fur nephew. hehe I will also make time for good friends. I want to strengthen the relationships that enhance and bring so much joy into my life. So this month, I will be visiting my best friend and her family in Georgia! I am very excited to meet her baby boy!!!!

In knowing that my schedule is full of feel good activities, I am putting me and my health first. I am set for success!

Loving this summer weather and missing the ocean, so I’m making a day trip to Galveston Beach tomorrow to explore a new place! Ready to feed my mind and be at peace at the beach.
